Client Induction Journey

Hi All

We are finally back open and so looking forward to seeing you all, it’s been way too long!!!

So we just want to explain to you the new “normal” of how your journey in the clinic will take place and what to expect on arrival to our clinic.

  • First thing if anyone is feeling unwell or showing Covid-19 symptoms please reschedule your appointment, do not come to the clinic.
  • We will be operating a closed door policy so all appointments will be by booking only. If you want to come to the clinic to get products or vouchers please ring ahead to make sure someone will be available to let you in or you can order over the phone.
  • Bookings – You can book though the clinic by calling 052-6129877 or you can book online though the Fresha app or social media platforms. All our appointments have been added with cleaning time. And all consultations will now be given virtually though phone or video to minimize the amount of people coming through our doors. If you need to cancel your appointment please let us know 24 hours in advance. If you fall into the high risk bracket please let us know and we can accommodate you to early appointments before anyone enters the clinic.
  • Day of your appointment – please arrive on time to your appointment as we will be very busy with appointments and cleaning between each client and we will not be able to accommodate anyone who is late. Please arrive alone to your appointment.
  • Appointment – Please wait in your car until your therapist comes to the door to get you. We will have a curbside check in where you can let us know your outside by txting 0876611786 or private mail us on Facebook or Instagram and your therapist will meet you at the door
  • Entering the clinic – when you enter the clinic we will have a no touch greeting policy. Please wear a mask when entering the clinic. This is compulsory in the clinic and will be reviewed as the weeks go on. If you do not have a mask, we can supply you with a disposable mask for a fee of €2. Please wear your mask at all times unless instructed by your therapist to remove it for the treatment. Your therapist will take you temperature at the door and this will be reviewed as the weeks go on. Please disinfect your hands with sanitizer provided at the door. Your therapist will then get you to fill out the Client Declaration form.
  • Treatment: Your therapist will bring you to your treatment room where you will be required to wash your hands before getting ready for your treatment. The therapist will also wash their hands and wear the appropriate PPE in accordance with our health and safety standards for Covid-19. We have always operated at the highest standards of hygiene but for now we will take those standards that extra bit higher. Your room will be fully cleansed and disinfected before your treatment. There will be no blankets or duvets in our treatment room and no reading material available for during your treatment for the moment so if you would like to bring your own please do. When your treatment is complete, please wash your hands before exiting the room.
  • Payment –Card payment is preferred but if you need to pay with cash that is no problem. If you would like to pay for your treatment in advance please let us know and we can arrange this.
